Roadside Cleanup
The Whole Month of April
Anytime during the month of April you can pick up trash collection bags at the Recreation Office in the Town Hall.
Spend the month of April picking up trash along your road and drop bags at the Town Garage located at 255 Buckley Hill Rd. Enter the driveway to the right of the building and drive straight back to where the sand/salt pile is located in the winter and you will see the dumpster for your yellow bags!
Stop by the Recreation office after you've filled your bag for a FREE ice cream at BOGEY'S for each bag you fill.
Bags are available starting March 29th
This is a FREE event. You do not need to register.
Riverside Park Clean Up
Saturday April 10th 9am - noon
Rain Date: Sunday April 11th 9am - noon
Join a group volunteers to focus on the clean up of Riverside Park. Bring your own work gloves, rakes, and gardening tools if you have them. There will be a limited supply. Water will be provided and each volunteer will receive a BOGEY'S ice cream voucher.
Masks are required per state of CT guidelines.
