No More Pink Teas

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Celebrate the hundredth anniversary of a woman's right to vote! It is right and proper to do so with an afternoon tea. Joanie DiMartino of the Prudence Crandall Museum joins the tea part to explain why women wanted no more "pink teas" and to highlight Connecticuts women's roles in the suffrage movement, including some who loved in Roseland Cottage. Enjoy two kinds of team (one of them pink), scones, cookies, and finder sandwiches. Thank home the tea cup and saucer ad a special reproduction Vote for Women button.

Advances tickets required. Tickets limited! to ensure social distancing, tickets are only available in groups on 4 or 5 to be seated together at one table. Masks must be worn when not seated at the table. Tables will be appropriately distanced from each other.
