INSANITY FITNESS CLASS!
Challenge yourself with this high energy group cardio based class!
Instructor: Sarah Healey- Insanity Certified Instructor

Get a total body work out with no gym or equipment required.  Work out for in 30 - 60 minute session, each focusing on different parts of the body.  


Work flat out in 3-5 minute intervals, with rest periods of 30 seconds.  This keeps your body at maximum capability through the entire work out.  And you keep pushing your limits, so your body has to adapt.  

OPEN TO ALL ability and fitness levels, modifications will be provided throughout the class!

Class Beings Wednesday, October 4, 2017.  Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring plenty of water!

Choose from 6 or 8 weeks classes.  

Walk ins are welcome for this class, pay as you go at $10.00 per class.
