Chair Yoga

In Chair Yoga, we begin at the toes and go to the top of the head...through each major muscle group, working on the body's issues to strengthen and re-train for the best performance.  Also works to increase pelvic strength & control the bladder, improve posture, expand the lungs, strengthen the muscles of the legs & feet to stabilize your stride, increase the range of motion of joints, engage the brain, learn how to work with your body.  Movements are gentle.

You must register for each 8 week session with Thompson Recreation.
Payment for these classes is made each week at the class.  The fee is $4 per class.
