Strengthen your muscles and bones. Increase your muscle mass Reduce bone loss Increase slowing metabolism Help prevent falling.
The strength exercises can be done using just your body weight or you can add resistance dumbbell weights. Many of these strengthening exercises for seniors can be performed in a chair or while holding onto a chair. This also helps increase your balance and stability.
If you have 1-2 lb weights, you may bring them with you.
Our program now runs twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You may sign up for one day per week or two days per week.
