Yoga with Qi for Seniors

Stretch, Strengthen & Energize Chinese Yoga with Qi emphasizes range of motion versus holding poses.

General Information
  • Instructor: Laddie Sacharko
  • Over the eight weekly sessions, 10 range of motion techniques will be practiced and refined.
  • Includes techniques for reducing high blood pressure and addressing the pain of arthritis.
  • No experience necessary.
  • May be done standing or in chair.
  • Participants should wear thin soled shoes or socks for practice.
  • Early Bird prices are in effect until one week prior to the program start date.
