General Information
- Instructor: Laddie Sacharko
- Over the eight weekly sessions, 10 range of motion techniques will be practiced and refined.
- Includes techniques for reducing high blood pressure and addressing the pain of arthritis.
- No experience necessary.
- May be done standing or in chair.
- Participants should wear thin soled shoes or socks for practice.
