This mixed levels yoga class is a slow flowing Hatha Yoga class with gentle transitions between postures. Sequences combine breath, postures, and relaxation and are designed to open the body, build strength, and soothe the spirit. Yoga with Qi for Seniors
Stretch, Strengthen & Energize Chinese Yoga with Qi emphasizes range of motion versus holding poses. Over the eight weekly sessions, 10 range of motion techniques will be practiced and refined. Includes techniques for reducing high blood pressure and addressing the pain of arthritis.
No experience necessary. May be done standing or in chair. Participants should wear thin soled shoes or socks for practice. Instructor: Laddie Sacharko
