Purely Recreation - Before & After School Program
Recreation and more! We mix a little learning with a lot of fun activities. The curriculum may include outside play, gym activities, science fun, arts and crafts, half day field trips and special events.
This year we are offering both a before school program and an after school program!
The Before School Program is open to children in grades K - 4th and runs from 7:00 a.m. - the start of the school day. It is located at the Mary R. Fisher Learning Center.
The After School Program is open for children in grades K - 8th and runs from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. It is located at the Thompson Middle School Cafeteria. Note: If your child attends this program Monday through Friday, you do not need to register for the early release days program.
The program is held from Sept through June when school is in session. Registration is set up in 10-week sessions. You may choose one to five days per week.
You also have the option of enrolling your child in Early Release Day Program which covers all schedued Early Relase Days, including Parent-Teacher Conference Days. If your child is already enrolled in the program on days on which early release days are scheduled they are automatically enrolled for the half day at no additional fee. If they however are not enrolled for those days you must register them seperately for the early release days.
General Information
- Please fill out any forms listed below that apply to your child once per school year when you first enroll your child.
- Early Bird prices are in effect until one week prior to the program start date.
- Each child must have a completed Hospital/Medical Information Form and Release Forms on file each school year as well as a copy of a physical from within the past 36 months. Please print forms needed below.
- If you have prescribed epi-pen, inhaler or other medication, you must complete our Medication Authorization Form and Epi-Pen Use Form once per school year. Please print and fill out the form attached below.
